I provide consulting, training, and professional learning experiences that help organizations work smarter, not harder—using thoughtful process design, effective learning strategies, and practical applications of artificial intelligence. My work focuses on upskilling teams, improving internal processes, and helping organizations use AI as a tool for efficiency, feedback, and decision-making rather than as a replacement for human expertise. I support organizations in integrating AI into training, workflows, and daily practice in ways that are ethical, human-centered, and aligned to real-world goals. With a background in education, curriculum design, and organizational learning, I partner with schools, edtech companies, and mission-driven organizations to streamline workflows, build staff capacity, and design learning experiences that actually change how people work. This includes employee training and upskilling, professional development, process improvement, AI-supported systems design, and strategic consulting. Whether I’m designing AI-enhanced training for teams, supporting leaders through change, or helping organizations create more efficient and responsive systems, my approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in authentic learning. Services include business consulting, employee training and upskilling, professional development, process improvement, and responsible AI integration for organizations.
