BAM Education Systems, LLC dba Maybank Academy of Real Estate is a real estate training school. We offer the required courses for those that wish to start a career in real estate in Tennessee as well as Continuing Education for those that are already licensed real estate agents. Any form of education can be a drag, but Brent brings humor, excitement and some "real life" experience to every class. Brent Maybank has been a REALTOR in Tennessee since 1998 and an approved instructor in Tennessee since 2004. Not only has Brent taught real estate classes, he has worked with clients to buy and sell real estate, been a Managing Broker for 10 years and served on the Board of Directors and/or committees for several local associations as well as the Tennessee Association of REALTORS and the Regional Multiple Listing Service. All of this has brought a great deal of knowledge and experience which Brent pays forward to those in his classes.
