About me: I studied physics and chemistry as an undergraduate at Hunter College, NY (graduated in 2009). I hold a M.S and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University (graduated in May 2014). I worked as a post-doc at MIT. Last year, I was a lecturer at UMass Lowell where I taught Statics and Introduction to MechE. Math: I can tutor algebra, trigonometry, complex numbers, pre-calculus, calculus and linear algebra. I’m very patient and I can help you excel in your math classes. I gained extensive experience tutoring my younger sister and doing private tutoring lessons for the past six years. Physics: With physics, I can help you with pretty much any high school level physics and freshman year college physics. I can teach you problem-solving skills. I tutored physics while getting my bachelor’s degree in the Physical Sciences Learning Center at Hunter College. MechE courses: The engineering courses that I can tutor are Statics, Dynamics, Fluid mechanics, Solid mechanics and heat and mass transfer. Standardize Tests: I can help with preparing for the SAT, ACT, TOEFL and GRE. If you have another subject matter that you need help with, don't hesitate to ask.
