We are a gourmet mobile food truck that specializes in serving you fresh, delicious, authentic Liege waffles with divine toppings! We make our Liege waffle dough fresh with imported pearl sugar and cook them on cast irons that leave our waffles caramelized creating a slightly crispy exterior with a soft, chewy and warm center. They can be topped with anything from cinnamon sugar to Nutella, Biscoff, fresh fruit, homemade cream, stuffed with chocolate or topped with ice cream!
