The Valley's premiere musical ice cream catering truck! Perfect for corporate events, birthday parties, weddings, employee appreciation, sports leagues and more! We believe in creating a premium, memorable, selfie-worthy experience for your guests. Clients can select one of our clean, colorful ice cream trucks with a uniformed attendant or our ice cream push carts with with large umbrella for shade. We also offer an smaller, quaint ice cream chests that can be delivered and setup in areas with restricted access, like office lobbies and break-rooms. Your guests will not only be treated to a wonderful selection of great tasting ice-cream, but we also offer soda hats for the kiddos, and gift bags for birthdays parties. With two ice cream trucks, and multiple ice cream carts we are the only Valley ice cream truck company that can service groups of larger than 1,000 attendees.

Our gumbo is the best in town! It's a must try, it tells the story of our flavors. The heat is tamed but the flavors are amazing! One spoonful will have you coming back to try ALL our beautiful flavors and meals. Chef MichaelZ's menu is curated with the Cajun food lover in mind. Indulge your taste buds and enjoy the chef inspired and handcrafted Cajun Creole flavors with a Texas spin. He makes his own Andouille Sausages, spice blends, and dipping sauces. You can't get these flavors anywhere in town. The Catfish basket is fried to perfection served with a side, garlic Texas Toast and paired with a remoulade dipping sauce to die for. Our Shrimp and Catfish Po' Boy sandwiches are served on a toasted French roll with tomatoes, onions, pickles and remoulade and served with Cajun fries. The chef inspired Chicken & Andouille Sausage Po' Boy is topped with sautéed mushrooms, onions and bell peppers and dressed with Cajun mayo and served with Cajun fries. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu because it's the best of the best!
