Criscito Pizza is a mobile pizzeria. We say we're Naples born, Brooklyn inspired. Our dough is made in the classic Neapolitan style. It's baked at around 800 degrees in our Italian imported wood fired oven. But the most unique thing about our pizza is that we use a "criscito", or wild yeast, instead of commercial, cultivated yeast. It's the tedious old fashioned way of doing things but using a criscito is healthier, more flavorful, and easier to digest. Our toppings are what you tend to find in a Brooklyn pizzeria. We use many of the same cheeses, sauces, and toppings you'd find in an old time New York Pizzeria. Our menu is small and simple which allows us to use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. We hope you enjoy!

I offer 2 hours service of pizza and salad (buffet style) that I make with my own personal pizza dough recipe onsite with my pizza ovens that can reach over 900 degrees. I use only the freshest ingredients and my dough is made 48 hours in advance with a 48 hour cold fermentation process. I offer different packages to fit various budgets and I will do what I can to work with you. I’m very passionate about pizza and I want to share that passion with you and your guests.
