No matter the event, we are here to make it special. From small gatherings (10 people), to large events (100 plus), our self contained pizza wagon has everything you need! The Wood Fire Pizza Wagon serves Neapolitan style pizza with multiple topping options for catering. With finely milled flour imported from Italy, we produce a thin, light, airy crust. We use San Marzano tomatoes and fresh mozzarella combined with the highest quality ingredients to bring you the most delicious pizza you've ever tasted. Our brick enclosed, wood fired oven is mounted on a trailer and is completely mobile. It reaches temperatures of 900', which allows for pizzas to be cooked in under 2 minutes.
