After learning from the best of the best (butchers by trade and BBQ extraordinaires, Dad and Gramps) & then living all over the country and visiting just for the food and bbq, Pitmaster Mikey P. has put together a show-stopping blend of different regional styles of BBQ and put it all under one canopy—the “Authentic American BBQ” one. Texas style brisket, Frito Pie, Brisket Chili, and beef ribs, Carolina style pulled pork & sauces, KC Ribs and sauces, southern style pork & beans and Mac-n-cheese, California style pickled onions and Tri-tip—there’s no end to the flavors, the history, or the argument of which style is best. They’re ALL the best—they’re all AMERICAN—and nobody should have to travel the country to get a taste of it!

Italia on the Road brings the real flavors of Italy to the streets of Los Angeles. What started as a fresh pasta food truck evolved into a full Italian street food experience; from rigatoni alla Bolognese and handmade ravioli to Pizza Pockets, with imported Italian ingredients like Parmigiano Reggiano, San Marzano sauce, salami, and more.
