"I specialize in service and hospitality, now with the ability to be anywhere at any time with a mobile kitchen. Among the eats I offer are: lobster rolls, fish & chips, lobster mac & cheese, and my original and off the hook delicious swordfish BLT! Rotational salads and vegan options also served regularly."
