Fleishman’s Bagels and Delicatessen serves authentic New York style, bagels that we hand rolled boil and bake. We offer all the Deli classics including Rueben’s, Matzo ball soup whitefish and more!
We started our dream with a small food wagon. All we wanted is the northern Colorado area people to eat our tacos. We wanted the CO people to have the tacos we would make at home for family and friends. Nothing more. Then it turned into a business, before we knew it we bought 2 more actual food trucks to keep up with demand. And in 2024 we saved enough financially to open our own restaurant. Thank you to all the people. We love food & people.
