Every Weekend, the whole family would gather in the kitchen to cook up a storm, filling the air with the aroma of sizzling chiles and tender meats. As word of their culinary expertise spread, family and friends begged for recipes and cooking lessons, but the Morenos were reluctant to share their secrets. Eventually, they decided to open their Food Trailer, Baja-Son, where they could share their beloved flavors with the community.
