We smoke all our own meat for our gourmet sandwiches. We make everything home made and take a lot of pride in our food we serve. Hose special is a Hogfather- Pork tenderloin stuffed with Italian sausage, herbs and cheese. Wrapped with prosciutto smoked to perfection. Sliced and served on a brioche bun with fresh greens,tomato and the house aioli.
