We sell bison-based dishes such as bison burgers, bison French dip sandwich, bison pastrami sandwich, French fries, beans, Pueblo green chile, and other similar dishes (including our bison slopper-if you don't know what that is, come in and try it; if you do know what that is, come try ours and tell us what you think).
