Bistro Nano is different because we are not your typical food truck. We do a mix of Italian and French Canadian comfort food, so alongside pizza and sandwiches, you’ll also find things like poutine, frittelle, cannoli, and Coaticook ice cream. We use homemade recipes and specialty ingredients, including some imported Canadian products, so it is a little different than the usual burgers and tacos you see everywhere else. People tend to remember us because the food is fun, comforting, and something they do not get all the time. We are great for breweries, office lunches, schools, private parties, and events because there is really something for everyone.
