Pork, chicken and beef smoked slow over citrus, pecan or cherry wood. All of our food and sauces are made in-house. Desserts, pastries and biscuits are made from scratch. Our sides are created from fresh, local ingredients. Marinades and sauces are made with local citrus and fruits. Some of the citrus and fruits come from trees on our property.
