I am a young entrepreneur who started out at an even younger age. Cooking is my passion, I started out in my one bedroom apartment that I shared with my children and I am now grateful to own a soul food trailer with great food and everything made from scratch. My main goal was to do what I love while also spending an unlimited amount of time with my children who I also love so much. My favorite meal in the truck is the fish in grits you have to try, So delicious and tasty with a zing to every bite.
