We serve classic sandwiches and sides with a gourmet twist to hopefully make them the best version of that sandwich you've ever had. We want our food to be recognizable and approachable, but memorable and above all, just really delicious. At our best, we make big, bomb sandwiches with friendly unpretentious service. The Fat Shallot started one of the very first cook-on-board food truck in Chicago in Spring 2013. We opened our second truck in Spring 2016 followed by a space within Revival Food Hall. We've recently opened our first stand alone restaurant space here in Lincoln Park offering our regular roster of sandwiches plus a slightly more extensive menu and alcohol! Yay!
