We have delicious Caribbean dishes like fried fish with our special ricen bean, sliced fried plantain, and a side of salad. We also have our staple dish the Baleadas! They are handmade flour tortillas with blended refried beans, shredded cheese, and sour cream. In addition to our authentic Honduran taste we would like to let everyone know that all our ingredients come right out of Honduras from our spices, cheese, and even drinks!
