We are Asheville's one and only gourmet grilled cheese food truck. We use local (From Open Oven) bread and a variety of meats and cheeses to make the perfect melts. We offer a side a fresh Asian or Chipotle slaw with every sandwich. We also serve up a delicious house made Rosemary lemonade. Get your taste buds ready!
