Mi Cocina Chapina translates to My Guatemalan Kitchen, and its the only woman-owned Guatemalan Food truck in Norman, Oklahoma. Sonia has managed multiple Guatemalan restaurants in Oklahoma City, she always had a soft spot for Norman in her heart. So when she decided top open her food truck Norman was where she was determined to be at. Sonia with the help of her children wants to share some of her Guatemalan heritage with Normanites through her authentic Central American recipes. We are determined to ensure every customer enjoys their food and comes back for more. We have outdoor seating if you want to take a seat and enjoy your meal out in the open air.
