Starry Bites is a Eugene, Oregon based food trailer run by Escoffier Graduate Chef Mark Ford and his wife Brooke. Starry Bites, a play on Starry Nights, features the work of Vincent Van Gogh to highlight the artistry that goes into making organic, farm to table foods. All ingredients are locally sourced at various local markets and farms. Their bread is made from scratch by local Red Hen Kitchen. They also use Knee Deep Cattle Co. to provide the highest quality ingredients and support local businesses. Starry Bites delivers on quality with their artisanal sandwiches, salads and soups. All of their soups and sauces are made from scratch. Chef Mark’s passion is to serve a unique, fresh, and delicious culinary experience for all.
