Farmer and the Beast is a Portland food cart at Nob Hill Food Carts on NW 23rd, where local Oregon farms meet bold, craveable food. We serve smash burgers on Franz Bakery buns, seasonal farm-to-table salads featuring produce from Our Table Farms, Pablo Munoz Farm, and other local growers, and sandwiches on Grand Central Bakery bread — Fried Chicken, but also our cult favorite Beast of the Sea Oregon albacore sandwich. This Oregon Albacore can also be added to any salad! We serve Fresh Kennebec fries that are punched in-house daily. Named one of Portland's best food cart burgers by The Oregonian and featured by Eater Portland, Portland Monthly, and The Infatuation. Vegan options available.
