Each day is a special selection from the Chef to make sure each bite is fresh and right off the grill. Every dish has been specially prepared to match flavors and create an eating experience that is sure to bring a smile, or at least that is my wish to everyone who comes by. A cute little food truck, Pitruco sells fresh handmade pizzas in the neighborhood of University City. Grounded at different locations on everyday of the week, Pitruco has earned itself a lot of fans in the city. A brick oven is nestled on the truck, where all the pizzas are baked to perfection. A modest menu of 5-6 varieties, it also sells drinks and sodas to complement the taste of pizza. Soppressata, Radicchio and eggplant varieties are the most loved and ordered on their menu. The bright yellow and red trimmings tiny food truck is highly anticipated on the Drexel University Campus. Spot Burger is the brainchild of Josh Kim has been wowing fans since 2012. It is known for its yummy burgers which are made fresh everyday. These include the likes of Spot Burger, Santa Fe, Umami and Rizzo. Please carry cash as credit cards are not accepted.
