We smoke all our meats anywhere from 8 to 16 hours plus all of our sauces and sides are made in house. **We are a food truck. Currently we operate at Rubber Gloves and pop up events around town. Also weekends out of The Pickled Carrot (our sister truck) at Eastside in the Austin St. Truck Yard. You can find us at events around town in our very own truck as well. -We offer catering for events and have a special menu to choose from that includes BBQ favorites on top of our regular menu.
