What started as backyard hobby 10-12 years ago has grown to selling BBQ out of the backyard to a pop up tent at events to a BBQ trailer that shows up at a couple of events per month in and around Waco, TX. We can cater your family reunion, wedding or other events up to about 100 people. The food truck menu offers 6 different sandwiches, cold drinks and potato chips to make it easy for you to eat and get back to shopping at the event.
