Bayte means “my home” in Arabic, and that’s the idea: real Lebanese cooking served from our truck. Shawarma carved fresh off the spit, wrapped in warm pita with garlic toum and pickles. Falafel, shish tawook, kafta, hummus, fattoush, and rice that actually tastes like someone’s grandmother made it. Welcome to the SnoCream Company; we serve a delicious hybrid of ice cream and shaved ice (and decadent macaroons!) sold from our bright and colorful Bus throughout the D.C. area! Our little SnoCream shop has a vast variety of flavors Shaved Sno (Milk Tea is a customer favorite!). Our artisan macaroons include the tastes of cinnamon toast crunch, fruity pebbles, and taro! Our shop is a repurposed 1997 school bus outfitted with beautiful lighting and fun decor, sure to make your SnoCream visit a tasty and visually thrilling experience!
