Our mission is to slowly introduce you to our mom's homemade dishes, while also serving convenient and familiar Mexican food. We’re a family-owned hot pink mobile food trailer serving Clark County, Cowlitz County, Vancouver, Battle Ground, Ridgefield, Camas, Washougal, Kelso, Longview, and surrounding areas. We serve shaved ice (snowballs), mini pancakes with fresh fruit and toppings, lemon shake-ups, cotton candy, and basic nachos.
