The Development Services Division is a part of the Planning & Development Department, which is governed by the city of Chandler in Arizona. The division reviews and issues permits for several development projects related to the city s public works department. It provides building and structural plan review and building inspection services, as well as collects fees. In addition, the Development Services Division is responsible for the approval of civil plans related to grading and drainage systems, water and fire lines, curbs, gutters, sidewalks and street lights. The division additionally reviews plans for the construction of structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire suppression systems.

Chandler Gilbert Arc

Chandler-Gilbert Arc is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to providing teaching and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. First conceived in 1975 as "Chandler Arc", by a group of parents of who wanted to provide life options for their (8) adult children with disabilities, CGArc now proudly serves over 500 individuals per year with specialized community-based employment, housing, and adult day programs. Our mission is to facilitate growth for people with disabilities through choice, experience, guidance, and respect. Chandler-Gilbert Arc is licensed and funded by the State of Arizona Department of Economic Security Division of Developmental Disabilities and State of Arizona Rehabilitation Services Administration and other private funding sources. At the national level, we are affiliated with The Arc of the United States.
