Our hands-on, developmental center is tailored to meet individual needs of children ages six weeks through school age. Our developmentally appropriate curriculum and environment is set up for exploring and learning on a personal basis. Fit N’ Fun provides a safe and loving environment for learning and creative development. Open year-round, our teachers and staff specialize in meeting the social, intellectual and physical needs of every child who joins our family.
Our goal is to educate the whole child which provides a foundation for academics. Through play and one on one interactions, your child will begin to learn muscle control, how to work with others, and develop appropriate social interactions.
We work with children from 6 weeks old to 5 years old as well as school age children during all school breaks and closures.
Maple Bear offers nurturing, high-quality programs for children aged six weeks to six years, with a child-focused learning system that encourages curiosity, creativity, and growth. Our curriculum emphasizes literacy, language arts, math, science, and creative activities to build strong intellectual and critical thinking skills. By the time children graduate, they are fully prepared to meet Arizona’s early learning standards — confident, expressive, and eager to learn. We take pride in maintaining one of the lowest teacher-to-student ratios compared to state standards, ensuring every child receives individual attention and care. Our dedicated teachers, averaging over five years of experience at Maple Bear, create a warm and consistent environment where children thrive. The spacious 10,000 sq. ft. campus features both indoor and outdoor playgrounds, giving kids plenty of room to explore, play, and stay active. Beyond academics, Maple Bear fosters social, emotional, and physical development through purposeful teaching in a caring and inclusive atmosphere. To enrich the learning experience further, we also offer daily Spanish-language instruction starting at age two, helping children develop early bilingual skills.
