We operate a licensed daycare committed to providing a secure and enriching environment for children aged 6 months to 3+ years. Our dedicated staff is trained in First Aid and CPR, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in our care. As a longstanding pillar in the community, we pride ourselves on building relationships with the children and families we serve and progressing the norms of what Early Childhood Education means. Our curriculum is designed to cater to the developmental needs of each child. We implement age-appropriate activities that encompass writing, educational playtime, story time, arts and crafts, circle time, music, and movement. Outdoor playtime in a secure and safe environment is aimed at allowing our children to explore their imaginations through physical activity. We work on developing children's fine motor skills, large motor skills, linguistic skills, social skills, mathematics, and creative arts. We prioritize the nutritional well-being of our children by providing fresh, homemade meals and snacks throughout the day to guarantee we are providing a healthy balance of options for growing children. Our goal is to create a positive and nurturing atmosphere where our children can blossom into who they are meant to be, while learning about the world around them. The "Afterschool Program" that we are offering is: The goal of the "After School Program" at Santa Clara Montessori is to care for children in a safe, secure and clean environment, assist with homework and conduct arts, crafts , cooking, baking, piano, Taekwondo and lots of games. How does the program work?: Parents enroll their children for the "After School Program" at Santa Clara Montessori. Santa Clara Montessori's School bus will pick up children from any of 13 schools in Santa Clara and Sunnyvale and bring them over to Santa Clara Montessori. There are daily scheduled activities for the children from 3:00 to 6:00pm. Parents can pick up children anytime before 6:00pm. If needed to stay by 6:30pm, give us a call to set up for a new schedule for extended care
