Early Learning Centers has been educating young children since 1943. ELC's Mission: Educating and nurturing young children and their families for successful futures. Each classroom has age appropriate curriculum and lesson plans to prepare your child for Kindergarten. Tuition is based on each families income, so all children have access to a high quality early childhood education program. Breakfast, lunch, snack, formula, baby food and bottles are all provided at no additional cost and we have part-time as well as full-time care available.
