At Growing Tots Family Childcare, we strongly believe that children learn through exploration and play while using structure and routine. We feel it is our role to provide quality materials and equipment to facilitate, interest, and stimulate their minds on a learning level while playing. we offer materials that meet a range of development levels. This creates an environment for each child to grow and learn at his or her own rate. This is important because each child is different and therefore grows and learns in his or her own unique way. we promote self-esteem through respect, understanding and compassion. We have structured our program to be responsive to the needs of each individual child. We promote exploration, critical thinking, cooperative play, and the development of mutual respect for each other and our families. It is our goal to build a strong community with our families.
