Learning Ladder is a state licensed group childcare program serving children from the ages of 6-week through 11 years. We have been awarded a 5-Star rating from YoungStar, Wisconsin's childcare quality rating and improvement system. Teddy's place was established in 1984 by Sharlot Bogart. Her experience in early elementary education, special education, and thirty years working in group childcare centers gave her the strong base she needed to establish a family child care center.
