The Los Altos Family YMCA is a nonprofit organization that offers a variety of child care, aquatic, athletic, and health and fitness programs. The organization s facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, fitness room and child care center. Its group exercise classes include body sculpting, cardio kickboxing, Pilates, yoga and tae kwon do. The Los Altos Family YMCA s summer day camps offer various recreational activities, including canoeing, archery, horseback riding, swimming and campfire. The organization also provides after-school enrichment programs in character development, arts and humanities, and science and technology. Its aquatic programs include water aerobic and polo.
