At the Y, we believe everyone should have access to a healthy lifestyle. Because of that, all of our group and specialty fitness classes are included in a Y membership. Our classes include Pilates Reformer, yoga, TRX, Les Mills BodyPump, boot camp, indoor cycling, cardio, core, dance, low impact classes, spirit/mind/body classes, strength classes, water exercise and so much more. We also have 3 pools, a large youth sports program, and an ice rink with youth and adult hockey, learn to skate and figure skating clubs. In addition, we have teen and active older adult programs, Red Cross Certifications, before and after school care, a preschool (Longmont location), summer day and overnight camps, outdoor cycling programs and martial arts. We offer Childwatch while our members workout. This is limited to two hours, and members must remain on the premises. Beyond Childwatch, we do not offer infant or toddler childcare at our Ys. The Y also offers career, volunteer and internship opportunities.

Mentors Noble - Noble Mentors

At Noble Mentors, we redefine mentorship by meeting teens and young adults exactly where they are. We specialize in helping young people navigate pivotal life transitions, overcome "failure to launch" challenges, and manage anxiety, depression, and executive functioning hurdles. What makes us truly unique is our approach: we bridge the gap between traditional clinical therapy and the real world. Instead of just talking about growth in an office, our mentors work side-by-side with clients to build practical life skills—from budgeting and cooking to job searching and time management. We hold ourselves to the highest standards, meaning our mentors actively practice the same emotional regulation, mindfulness, and personal growth tools that they teach. Whether through our standard therapeutic mentoring, immersive wilderness retreats, or intensive live-in coaching, our goal is to help clients transition from uncertainty to clarity and independence. We also provide dedicated coaching for parents, ensuring the whole family has the tools needed to create a supportive, healthy environment for long-term success.
