The Southwest Family YMCA is a wellness center with cardio, strength and weight training equipment, an indoor swimming pool, indoor basketball gym, and free child watch while you work out. For kids, the YMCA offers swim lessons, youth sports, before and after school child care, summer day camp, licensed day care, dance, and tae kwon do. The Southwest Y offers many programs for seniors including social activities, fitness classes and the SeniorSneakers program. The YMCA has programs for families, adults, teens, youth, and seniors in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Membership is month-to-month with no contracts.
