This fitness facility offers a variety of recreational areas, a gymnasium, cardiovascular and weight training areas. Our outstanding recreational pool was created by one of the country's most prominent pool designers, featuring a lazy river that is used for water aerobics, interactive water toys for children, and a spectacular, 115-foot-long winding slide, part of which runs outside the building. Our fabulous group exercise instructors offer popular classes that help you get the fitness results you want, and our Y community is wonderful! We also offer soccer and baseball fields for our Youth Sports participants, before- and after school care, and summer day camp.
The R.C. Dickenson Family YMCA gives families in the communities of Broken Arrow and southeast Tulsa an ideal local center for fun, exercise, and relaxation. The R.C.
