The organization is a nonprofit organization that works in collaboration with Internal Revenue Service and the Colorado Secretary of State s Office. Partners strives to help young people by developing a positive self-image, a sense of belonging and an acceptance of responsibility for their actions. It has more than 10 affiliates throughout Colorado that work with youths who are in need of friends, advocates and positive role models in their lives.
