Founded in 1971, NCO Youth & Family Services offers a range of community-based services for youths and families. It operates a group home for boys between the ages of 13 and 17 and offers training related to anger management, problem solving skills, relaxation and family dynamics. The organization provides transitional housing and case management, crisis intervention, aftercare, and individual and group therapy services. NCO Youth & Family Services offers counseling services related to the issues of depression, self-esteem, parenting techniques and grief. Additionally, it provides leadership and prevention programs for the victims of drug and alcohol abuse. The organization also conducts various community events.
