Government and community in Noblesville, IN

Located in Indiana's Hamilton County is Westfield which was founded in 1834 by a bunch of enterprising Quakers - Asa Bales, Ambrose Osborne, Simon Moon and Simon Barker. This city was a hot seat for political affairs most notably the anti-slavery movement. The downtown area maintains its laid-back vibes and attracts tourists aplenty.
