I practice exclusively criminal defense in Harris and surrounding counties including: Miontgomery, Liberty, Ft. Bend, Brazoria and San Jacinto counties. I specialize in state and federal criminal defense including Driving While Intoxicated offenses, theft, shoptlifting, robbery, murder, assault, family assault, sex offenses against children, white collar crime including bank fraud, medicare fraud, and mail fraud. The Texas Department of Criminal Justice s Parole Division supervises offenders released from prison. The division performs pre-release functions and investigates several parole plans. It administers pre-parole transfer and work programs. The Texas Department of Criminal Justice s Parole Division offers review and release processing services. The division maintains the Central File Coordination Unit (CFCU), which coordinates the movement and maintenance of more than 257,700 offender case files. It is also responsible for warrant issuance and confirmation, as well as processing parole violation reports. The Texas Department of Criminal Justice s Parole Division conducts sex offender and substance abuse counseling programs. The division is a part of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
