I am a duly commissioned Electronic and General Notary Public with loan signing certifications from the National Notary Association, Pavaso, Secured Signing, and Nexsys. I am Fidelity (FNF) approved/experienced, background screened, and E&O insured at $100,000.00. As a Certified Notary Signing Agent, with advanced training, I am able to complete in-person Loan Signings as wells as Remote Online Notarizations. I am specifically trained to walk borrowers through successfully completing loan documents. I play the role as an impartial witness to identify the signer, I walk the borrower through completing the documents, verify that all documents are fully executed: signed, dated, notarized, and returned to the lender (if applicable). I am experienced with a variety of loan signings: Residential & Commercial, (FHA, Conventional, VA) Refinance, Sell, Purchase, HELOC & many more). I quickly respond to text messages and emails and available 7 days a week (7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST), and also available for last minute requests. For in-person service, I cover the surrounding areas in-between and from Newport News, Yorktown, Seaford, Hampton, Poquoson, Williamsburg, Gloucester, and Hayes. For Remote Services: we are available 7 days a week with the ability to accommodate convenience to our signers in another time zone.
