Lewisville Public Library

The Lewisville Public Library is a comfortable, inclusive gathering place where the community connects with resources and experiences that inspire and encourage personal enjoyment and growth. The Library offers a variety of print and digital resources, DVDs, specialty kits, computers, WiFi, printing, copying, scanning, fax, and much more! Specialized equipment and software available in the Digital Media Lab and The Hive makerspace. Lewisville library cards are free to any resident of Texas.

Lake Dallas Public Library

The Lake Dallas Public Library proudly serves the communities of Lake Dallas and Shady Shores. As a small community library, we offer computer services, print and digital books and media, and a variety or programming from early literacy to adult education and workforce development.

Parr Library

The Parr library offers print, digital and audio materials, including books and magazines, eBooks,e-magazines audio books, and music CD's. Programs include Computer and Software Classes, Conversational English Small Talk Classes, Storytime, Puppet Shows, and a wide variety of Family and Children's Programs. In addition, Computer Use, Printing, Faxing, and Scanning services are available.

Cozby Library and Community Commons

Cozby Library and Community Commons, a public library is located right by Town Center Elementary School. The library offers membership and access to their vast collection of books. From featuring artist’s work in the premises to hosting story-telling sessions, the library is more involved in arts and its forms, more than it goes to show. They are well-equipped with computers, a research lab and reading spaces.

The Colony Public Library

City Hall of the city of The Colony has various divisions, including city council, administration, public services and finance departments. Its city council comprises six members and the mayor, and it also has several commissions and committees. It prohibits the exclusion of and discrimination against qualified individuals with disabilities in city programs, services and activities, including employment practices. Its communications office provides information to citizens, visitors and businesses. Its finance department provides financial, management and accounting services support to all departments. Its human resources department monitors compliance with federal and state laws and city policies regarding human resource issues. Its utility adminstration division is responsible for billing and collection of residential and commercial bills for water, sewer, sanitation and recycling accounts, as well as the collection of inspection department fees.
