The new Hillyard Library has everything you need to be more connected to your community. Located on the Shaw Middle School campus for convenience, it is accessed through a separate public entrance. Services include: Faxing, copying, scanning, printing, Mt. Shaw Children's Playspace, Seed Library, free WiFi, and free event/classroom spaces.
The Hive™ is a non-traditional library centered around arts education and free, public event space--no books or computers here! It is also home to the administrative offices for Spokane Virtual Learning and the Library's Artists-In-Residence Program. Have a study session, lead a training, or teach a free community art class in our free event and maker studios with flexible scheduling. At this time, access is by reservation only or during pre-scheduled programs.
