I am Janine Piernas, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #105849) with over 15 years of experience with couples. I use the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), two of the most researched approaches in couples therapy. I work with both of you at once, so neither partner gets lost in the room. I offer weekly couples therapy, in person in Temecula or by Telehealth throughout California. I also offer couples intensives, where one focused day can move your relationship further than months of weekly sessions. Affair recovery intensives are available in person at my Temecula office. I also lead the Gottman Seven Principles couples workshop and see a limited number of individual therapy clients. Every new client starts with a free 30-minute phone consultation.
