ME-Therapy provides open-minded individual therapy, sex therapy and relationship therapy (both traditional and non-traditional) in St. Petersburg, FL. Coming here is the first step to changing the things in your life that aren't working the way that you want them to. It is the first step on the path of positive growth and well-being. It is the first step on the journey to more satisfaction in life and in relationship.
I work with individuals, couples, and families on issues pertaining to sexuality, sex, and gender. My goal is to help individuals and relationships grow stronger through communication, patience, tolerance, and self-care. My specialties include working with individuals who have issues with their sexual or gender identity, sexual functioning, sexually compulsive behaviors, or who have relationship or communication difficulties. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher and often incorporate meditation and mindfulness training into therapy sessions. I have a masters and doctorate in Sociology and Gender Studies from the University of Florida. I have another masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University and am currently a Registered Mental Health Intern. I completed my postgraduate studies at Florida Postgraduate Sex Therapy Training Institute and am a Certified Sex Therapist. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor.
