As a Respite/Habilitation/Attendant Care Provider, you will be in charge of supervising an individual on a 1 to 1 basis at the family home or within the community. The explicit job duties and assignments will vary as the level of care for each person is individualized.These assignments vary from Respite and/or Habilitation care, meaning the individual will require assistance with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a non-medical capacity and experience time out in the community. Attendant Care will be added to the care structure in the near future. In-home assignment locations vary depending on family and individual needs.
