SD LabRats in an non-profit, after-school STEM enrichment program for youth grades K-8. Our teaching approach is built on creating fun and engaging experiences so that children can identify their passions. We run a fun and dynamic after school program Tuesday through Saturday. There is a different class every day for one hour taught by real scientists, and one hour of an open Makers Lab. In the Makers Lab the Children can access all our equipment to try new labs, build new objects or play games. Children can follow their interests and and explore how the world works in this fun dynamic program.

The Quality Children's Services in Encinitas, Calif., is a free after-school enrichment program that requires mandatory homework time, along with homework help, art and many other activities. Students are also provided a light snack each day. The service operates Monday through Friday, with the exception of non-student days or holidays.
