Promising Futures, Inc. is a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to live meaningful, independent, and self-directed lives. For over four decades, Promising Futures has provided person-centered residential and day program services that promote dignity, choice, community inclusion, and active treatment. Our organization operates licensed Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities–Habilitative (ICF-DD/H) residential homes and a dynamic Adult Development and Behavior Modification Day Program designed to support individualized growth. We serve individuals with complex intellectual, developmental, and behavioral needs, offering structured programming that focuses on skill acquisition, behavioral supports, vocational exploration, social development, and health and safety. Through individualized program plans and behavior intervention plans, our interdisciplinary team ensures each participant receives tailored support aligned with their goals.
