Horizon Cross Cultural Center is a non-profit organization, formerly known as St. Anselm's Cross-Cultural Community Center. Since 1976, Horizon has extended its services to tens of thousands of refugees and immgrants, helping them in their resettlement and integration. In our self-initiated journey, we have experienced as many joys and challenges as the refugees themselves, but always with the benefits of the refugees/immigrants and the community in mind, we force our way forward to implement our self-imposed mission "to empower immigrant and under-served communities to lead healthy and self-sufficient lives in American Society."
Sophie’s Dream is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to healing trauma, grief, and PTSD through proven non-drug methods, including art, crafts, music, and community connection. We offer free classes that promote brain healing and positive life changes, emphasizing the importance of nutrition and individual empowerment to help people lead joyful, independent lives.
